Training. Research. Experience.
'It means that, from my practice here in Melbourne, I keep an open conversation with those colleagues in the United States, to offer the best possible treatment plan to every single patient in urologic cancers or in any other area of urology.'
'My decision to pursue a career in medicine was inspired by this clear purpose: I wanted to use my knowledge and my skills to help others. Growing up, I have been involved with organizing health camps and being part of health camps in Sri Lanka and then in 2004, the Tsunami in Sri Lanka happened when I was there on holiday. In the affected areas, I was part of the first medical teams. It reinforced my purpose. I continue to try and give back to the community through being involved in social organizations like Rotary as caring for others and helping people lead healthier lives is a driving force for me.'

Personalised care experience
'In 2021 I made the decision to launch my private practice here in Melbourne. I bring my experience, my research background, and my social skills as I have worked with patients from all over the world, coming from different backgrounds. This has helped me to provide personalised care, organising a treatment plan for each individual respecting their cultural beliefs and socio-economic status.'
